This fisherman knew he had a big un' but couldn't tell what it was until 45 minutes later!
Notice in the photo above how his pole snapped!!
He had to have help getting it up! (no Viagra jokes please!)
Pier 14 is known to be the friendliest Pier in Myrtle Beach..besides being the cheapest to fish on we also have some of the best local fisherman here daily who are usually more than happy to assist any friendly people who may need a helping hand.
What a monster skate!
This Skate is still alive as the fishermen lowered it back to the water via the Pier net in a timely manner.
